Welcome to Ayurveda Esthetics. My work is rooted in the belief that healthy skin is the result of balance within the nervous system, fascia, muscles, and cellular function—not force or overstimulation. I specialize in intentional facial therapies that support the skin from the inside out. Rather than chasing quick fixes, my treatments focus on restoring natural flow through lymphatic support, fascia release, muscle balance, barrier repair, and cellular signaling. When these systems are supported, the skin has the ability to regulate, repair, and renew itself. Each facial is approached with precision and care, honoring both the physiology of the skin and the state of the nervous system. This makes my work especially supportive for sensitive skin, post-procedure skin, teens, and clients seeking long-term results over aggressive techniques. You won’t find traditional extractions or suction-based pore treatments here. Congestion is addressed gently through enzymatic exfoliation, lymphatic movement, circulation support, fascia work, and cellular-level treatments designed to encourage natural clearing without inflammation or trauma.
